Very clean, spacious, good locality, all inclusive for a good apartment status, geyser, washing machine, gas, microwave, utensils, rice cooker, everything basi ally.. Good host. Good staff..Good maintenance with comfortable feel..Totally loved it

Great location in the old town but next to a stupa/temple which meant bell ringing at random time throughout the night. The staff greeting the guests were welcoming and very helpful

The water geyser was too small and ran out of hot water before the shower was finished (it did heat up again quite quickly). All rooms including the bathroom had internal glass windows offering limited privacy and disturbance at night when lights were put on

This is a homestay, does not include breakfast. We can home-prepare the food or dining out. The host supplied drinking water, stove, gas, all kitchen utensil.

The town intermittently stopped supply electric.

Amazing location, right in the heart of Patan. One level is stairs to go up, so not accessible if you’re disabled. Temple right out side your window which was beautiful, though the bells are quite loud especially in the morning. The host was lovely. Very helpful having a washing machine. Though they need a new washing line as the one there is broken. Overall lovely place to stay short term!

The shower is very close to the toilet which makes the whole bathroom wet.
