Location is excellent, close to all shopping and restaurants.

Parking is a challenge, construction in early morning. View not exactly stunning, apartment needs some attention, not exactly luxury

I was very disappointed. When I was looking for a place to stay, parking was my main filter. Well, there is no parking at all. I had to leave my car on a very busy street in the second row, right in front of the building, just to unload my suitcases — running up to the apartment and then back to the car. There is no actual parking lot nearby — just a chaotic area across the street, in the port zone, where cars are parked randomly. Maybe you’ll get lucky to find a spot, maybe not. Regarding the apartment: yes, the living room is very large. But the bathroom has no real door — only a thin plastic accordion door, so there is absolutely no privacy. The bathroom also has a very low ceiling, and the shower holder was placed strangely far from the tap, so the shower head kept falling down all the time. The view itself is nice, except for an old abandoned building right in front. And as I mentioned — the street below is extremely busy and noisy.
