Absolutely everything. The host and owner Andreas goes above and beyond to greet you like family and remain in contact throughout your stay should you need for anything. The attention to detail offered goes above and beyond. Truly a sensational property with all the mod cons. Comfortable beds, great roomy large shower with toiletries and your own balcony overlooking the square with a nip of the local liquor is imperative! Central excellent location to explore the city by foot and key tourist sights. Having a washer and dryer is plush and definitely a bonus for long term travelling like us. The shopping accessibility nearby is a stones throw and very tempting. Plentiful options for dining and entertaining. Andreas offers many and varied suggestions for sights, beaches, dining. Nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic experience and value for money. This has a superb rating for a multitude of reasons. Look no further. As worldly travellers I have no hesitation in recommending this property for value for money service, cleanliness and friendliness of owner. Well earned and deserved. Book this place. A+ .

Everything! Andreas treats his guests as FAMILY. If he ever opens a Hotel I want to be the first to book a room.

Fantastic apartment right in the centre of Patras. Spotlessly clean with lots of little extras that made our stay memorable. Very comfortable king bed and the double glazed glass made for a nice and quiet experience. Ανδρέας met us at the property and couldn't do enough for us. I have stayed in Patra many times as I have family to visit there and will now be utilising this apartment as my future base. Thank you Ανδρέα.🙂
