Krásna terasa s hojdalkou, deti si prídu na svoje.velka priestranná kuchyňa spojená s obývačkou. Dve spiace izby a jedna pre deti. Mala kúpeľňa. Apartman sa nachadza v blizkosti plaze, no my keďže sme mali auto sme chodili autom. Odporúčam pre rodiny s detmi. Majiteľ ústretový, nebol problém so skorsim príchodom . Hneď po odchode nás kontaktoval majiteľ, či sme si nezabudli sluchadla, bolo to milé:-)

I liked the view, the balcony, the fact that the building has an elevator. The owner always responded really fast and was always nice and offered us a variety of options for things to do around here.

I believe the internet worked pretty slow, and there weren’t enough garbage bags, we had to improvise a bit with other bags😅 also you could hear the strong winds at night through the bedroom doors (which open to the balcony) but that wasn’t much of a problem, we still had a good night sleep.

The apartment in Perea was exceptionally clean and spacious, featuring a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, balconies and it also included a dining table. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing for a late check - out. The check-in was very easy, providing detailed instructions that made the check-in process simple and stress-free. The cleanliness of the apartment was outstanding, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. The host, Konstantinos, was polite, professional, and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this apartment to other tourists looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay. We were so impressed with our experience that we will definitely visit again! The bathroom was in need of a refurbishment, the over the bath shower was not ideal as the bath surface was quite slippy. Shower curtain rather than shower screen. No bath mat. Beds not very comfy and some items in the property were in need of repair which the owner said he would address when these were brought to his attention. No coffee machine or filter with papers for fresh coffee.

Nice apartment with a good location. It's close to the beach and to the supermarket.

It could use a coffee machine. Wifi and cellular speed are horrible but it's a general issue in the area.
