DREAM APPARTMENT 1 PEREA

The apartment has a perfect location because it is very close to the beach (2 minutes walk). There is also a large car park next to the building. We really liked the apartment because it was very cosy and had everything you need. All the cosmetics, shampoo, washing up liquid, etc. were already there. The apartment as well as the neighborhood very very quiet. The mosquito nets were also a big plus. The owner is a young lady (Mrs Smaragda), very kind and very helpful for evth we asked.. There was a very tasty wine and juice in the fridge waiting for us. The apartment also has a very large balcony with a sea view.

The apartment is nice and comfortable, large enough with a beautiful big balcony (plus another extra large shared balcony). Parking isn't a problem since in front of the entrance there is large parking which can be full on the weekend but it's always possible to find another place to park (on the side, a few meters further, etc). The location is very good since it is literally a 1-2 minute walk from the beach and it is in a relatively quiet and calm neighborhood. Mosquito nets are installed and a washing machine is present which is always a nice plus and can be very useful.

The apartment is generally clean, but there are some parts that should be cleaned asap since that parts are very dirty (the big ceiling fan has layers of dust, the area under the bed is also dirty, and there is dust and cobweb in corners). The bathroom drainage system is a joke, after one shower bathroom is flooded, that should be also fixed asap. There wasn't a cleaning service at all, we only received an additional set of towels and sheets and that's it. It was ok for us, but still, it was unusual since we previously always had some kind of maintenance/cleaning.

Good apartment with perfect location close to the city beach. Big free parking just near the apartment building. Huge terrace with possibility to use the brazier. In time when we have been there no any another visitors, so it were very nice to have so much space, for child it's save. Manager Smaragda is very kind person and thanks a lot for late arrival possibility. Thanks a lot for some complement wine and juice.

Some really needed kitchen tools are missing (kitchen oar, ladle, etc). one bedsheet and pillow case in big room found stained. A lot of dust under the beds. Shower tape need to be fixed properly.

very hot in the living room because there was no air conditioning in the living room (only in bedroom)
