Широк и слънчев апартамент с прекрасна локация и гледка, но не беше изчистен както трябва. Личи как е минато на бързо от горе на горе. Спалното бельо и хавлиите миришеха лошо и трябваше да ги изперем преди да ги ползваме и без тоба бяха изхабени и некачествени. Стъклата и прозорците бяха мръсни и изглеждат че не са пипнати от години. Гарнитурата в хола е толкова мръсна и с петна. Нямаше консумативи ( веро за съдове, прах за пране и за баня и т. нататък) ... Имаше много комари, а нямаше комарници и апаратите не работеха...коректно е да пишете в букинга, че няма асансьор, имахме жена, която беше с опериран крак... Не го препоръчвам!

The location was absolutely the best part of the stay. New mattress and the size of the apartment.

One thing that hit right away is that place is crying for a deep clean. Looks that cleaning staff is still working from home online 😀 one thing is wear and tear, but the place is just dirty. The broken equipment is not removed and that switch downstairs still doesn’t work although I saw others complaining about it. Couch is not only dirty but to sit on it is painful as it is absolutely worn out. The rug is like the floor in any Irish pub on a Saturday night. And not to mention that only 2 windows in the sun room were clean and the rest was left not cleaned, like why ?

Location is perfect. You have a front view of the seaside but far from the main restaurants. The balcony is the highlight of the apartment The BBQ is awesome Amazing home away from home 100/10 We will always stay with you when in Perea

There are some small things that might be improved: The lights on the stairway does not work There is literally no parking inside Some small table next to the BBQ needed An umbrella for the balcony maybe

The view was amazing!

Perfect host,location and service.

Apartment is good with good location with basic facilities condition

My proposal is in winter to start heating few hours before arriving. It was cold after we arrived until tonight
