Location River Fast eifi Lots of coarhangers. Parking Quiet

No washing machine in the unit. There is a separate fee paying machine. Communal. This is not what was described in booking .com Shower was too slow to drain. Two towels only for a nine day stay without a weekly service. Management was advised about these issues.

"Comfortable and cozy unit ideal for a couple staying both for work and leasure"

This unit is located in a quiet street of a residential area adjacent to the UWA campus. With a short walk I could easily reach the site of a conference I was attending during the week. My wife and I found the unit very comfortable, cozy and well equipped, with living/dining room, working desk, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. A small shopping centre & food court is in the immediate vicinity. Perth Purple CAT and other bus stops are on the main road.

The ventilation system of the bathroom turns on together with light and is a bit noisy. The fixed shower could be improved with a sliding shower.

Very comfortable. Perfect with seperate lounge and kitchen area. Having a dedicated work / office desk was very useful. Well equiped kitchen. Convenient with parking right outside the door. Walking distance to an IGA and restaurants, as well as the river. Highly recommend this accommodation.

The location was great had almost everything you need, quite street.

Only one complaint had a ant problem there, in the kitchen and bathroom. There was no bug spray to deal with it.

Bed was quite small Some areas in bathroom and kitchen need more attention to cleaning Netflix connection not setup

"Overall it was a lovely stay and would definitely stay again!"

Convenient, clean and had everything we needed.

The bed was a tap small and was quite noisey with some work going on above our room.
