Stewart Apartment - A unique Apartment in countryside park with WIFI and access to bar and pool

Wifi was poor had to phone to report the amount of flies in the bathroom it was a mystery to see the amount of flies round about 30 .

A great family appartement that sleeps 5 which is perfect for my family. We were in area for a wedding and the lodge was a perfect base for us. The appartment was well decorated and comfortable

No mirrors in bedrooms to do hair/ make up ect but there are mirrors in the dinning room and bathroom so minor point.

Spacious and convenient in a lovely setting

Excessive noise from entertainment below and the internet and TV connection was poor.

Apartment was large and homey feeling. Food in the restaurant was good. Nice to be in the main building.

Music was loud above the bar. Shower was extremely small.

The apartment was lovely. Nicely decorated, beds were comfortable and the bath was amazing!

It could do with mirrors in the bedroom and another sofa in the lounge rather than chairs. The noise from the bar was awful! It did finish about 11pm though.

The apartment was beautiful, very clean, well equipped and we were very impressed. The surrounding area is well kept and Dunkeld itself is lovely.

I had read from the website that the apartment is situated above the bar of the house. What the website fails to inform customers is that music and karaoke will take place at full volume until midnight. The music was so loud our children could not get to sleep, we couldn't hear the TV or ourselves and it absolutely ruined our stay here. Having a 5 hour journey the day after with very little sleep was not ideal. I explained this at reception in the morning and was told that it does state the room is above the bar on the website. Not the best customer service and not the best answer to give to a tired, disgruntled customer. I feel that this break was not the relaxing time I was looking forward too, and certainly not value for money. I think the noise levels should certainly be mentioned on your booking pages. This is somewhere we would not consider returning too.

This is the second time we’ve been here & in the same apartment. We love the location and access to the woodland, river walk to town & the games room. We didn’t use the pool this time around but it’s great value for money between the facilities and the apartment.

It was a quiet weekend in the bar and restaurant and unfortunately it was really cold in the bar / restaurant. We totally understood that it was a cold winter night but even consider placing additional heating measures in social places. Most tables sat with their jackets on. The chef unfortunately also left during service resulting in us being unable to having access to a desert; our wee boy was disappointed massively. In this instance; and coming from the hospitality trade an offer of preparing deserts mid meal would have covered this. We couldn’t book swimming for 10am despite being given this option and we in the end didn’t use the pool as an hour is a long wait time in a cold games room with a 9 year old.
