South Perth Executive Apartment

I had an excellent stay at the South Perth Executive Apartment! The apartment was fully furnished with everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the appliances, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing tea and coffee. It was also great to have a washing machine available, which made it feel like home. The location was perfect, and the apartment had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-appointed, convenient place to stay!

TV reception/antenna was problematic

The location nearby convenience shops and public amenities such as busses to multiple locations. Very strategic. I would love to stay again at the house.

Improve the flooring carpets - old, aged, dusty and patches with spilled of alcoholic beverages. Washroom Taps need to be replaced as it is ongoing leaking and fix bidets for hygiene

Location was great, near shops and restaurants and cafes. Kitchen facilities were good and lounge area was satisfactory. Great to have secure parking. Bed was comfortable. Air con in lounge room was effective. All the amenities provided were very good such as Toaster, kettle, hot plate, washing machine, tea and coffee, soap, iron, washing machine etc. instructions for TV and washing machine would be helpful.

Bathroom ceiling was full of mould that had been painted over and the shower had mould on it also. We kept the exhaust fan on most of the time because of the smell. The bathroom needs a complete makeover as bathroom cupboards were shabby and dated. The unit had been cleaned but because of its age I don’t think the bathroom was ever going to be mould free. Not good for your health. The carpet in the lounge room had several stains so looked old.

The location was excellent for us. Having a seperate bedroom was nice for a longer stay. Kitchen was good although the microwave being so high was a little dangerous. Seating was comfortable. We had a couple of maintenance problems that were dealt with very well and promptly.

Needs some TLC, outside was not like the photo above. Bathroom in need of some maintenance the tap dripped all stay we did get someone come and they arrived promptly but the repair only lasted a few hours it was making the cupboard damp and musty but we didnt like to complain again. Nice new washing machine washed well but the door didn’t always open. The lamination on all the cupboards was peeling off. The shower head kept falling down even after having it fixed. Something that may get overlooked there were piles of leaves near the door that covered an inspection cover that was not attached as it should be, it could cause a nasty injury if someone steps in it unaware.

Location, communication, parking.

Very obvious minimal spend budget renovation and not to a high quality. eg. no curtains as shown in photos, laminate peeling off bathroom cabinet, non matching furniture, loose contact on window between bedroom and bedroom. Needs some TLC and a few more coats of paint.

Location is amazing!

Apartment needs an update and deep clean. Mould in bathroom, carpets stained, walls chipped and damaged.

The location to amenities and supermarkets is definitely good! The carpark makes it very convenient and safe.

The carpet is quite old and need to be changed. The unit is self contained tho the furnishing can be better. The bed is quite soft and hence for twin sharing is not very comfortable. The shampoo and shower is not enough for a week stay. Hence we need to buy our own shower gel and shampoo. On our second night, the water dripping from the 2nd or 3rd level create a disturbing sound and hence we decided to cancel the apartment after the 2nd nights. However the management was kind to refund the cost of stay for the 2nd night. We moved out of the apartment on the 3rd day.
