The location is good

Everything. The property is not clean and pretty old for the cost. Appliances are old. The owners are extremely unwelcoming. I was visiting with a couple of young but well behaved kids and my wife. My daughter needs some space for dance exercise and she moved the lounge in the living space for about 1 meter. The property owners accused us of that and that they will need to "hire a brigade" to move the lounge back (my daughter is a 10-year old child). Upon us leaving the property, the property owners then start going after us for "misplacing" the swipe card in rude and accusative language, but we placed it exactly as it was described in their check out instructions. They then tried to arrange "workers to move the lounge back" and for us to pay. Then, after 2 days we left, they tried to accuse us in leaving "stain on carpet" and that we need to pay for carpet cleaning. This is utter nonsense as we actually cleaned a few really dirty places that were there before, including those under the lounge! I have never seen such a bullish and discriminating behavior. Avoid this place. It had been an absolute nightmare. PS update, they proceeded forward and illegally took $350 from our bank account, I assume for this “cleaning”. I never agreed to and have not endorsed this transaction. It is an open day theft, and I will be pursuing this legally. People should not suffer from cases like that.

Nice and convenient location, spacious apartment, access to pool, tennis court and gym, quick reaction from owners.

Complicated check-in process, cleaning job was done thoroughly before check-in, quite old facility.

The bedrooms are up stairs, and the toilet upstairs is broken. The stairs are carpeted making it a bit dangerous to go downstairs in the night to use the toilet. Only the downstairs toilet in the entrance way works. Condo car parking, so tight if you have a larger vehicle. Also the personal information required to stay is too much. They asked for photos of all guests holding up their ID. No information about how that information is stored or if it is destroyed. I’m still worried about this two weeks later, and concerned it will result in a hack. I replied to emails asking these questions and haven’t had a reply.
