Good location, clean appartment, new furniture and other facilities, nice bathroom

the appartment is on top floor and there are quite a few steps leading up through very narrow dark stairway. the second bedroom is accesible by the ladder and has the low height around 1.5 max. the main room has low height too - around 1.90m
