Die Lage ist perfekt, wenige Schritte bis zum Strand, in einem Altstadthaus, schattig und angenehm kühl.

Das Appartement im Erdgeschoss hat zwei Fenster, an denen den ganzen Tag direkt viele Leute vorbei laufen, so dass man fast immer die Fensterläden schließen muss, bei Angst vor Diebstahl auch die Fenster. Entsprechend ist es muffig im Zimmer.
