Air Con was broken (fixed after 24 hours) No hot water for entire stay Washing machine broken. No laundry powder provided to hand wash. Significantly not described - no hot tub, loads of the facilities listed are not included. Door handle fell off- didn’t feel secure even after being fixed. Kettle was unsafe - couldn’t use. We’d brought our own tea and coffee. Loads of PowerPoints didn’t work. Not clean - mould in showers / bathrooms. Needed a really good bleaching. Bidet filthy. Towels horrendous - seemed 20 years of old. Beds are lumpy. In serious need of attention and cleaning!

Ruim huis op mooie lokatie, bijna direct aan boulevard (zit parkeerplaats tussen). Vanuit huis uitzicht op zee. Grote open keuken, woonkamer met bankstel en eethoek. twee badkamers. Airco lekte, werd meteen actie op ondernomen. Eigen balkon met 3 stoelen en boven in gebouw nog balkon. Auto beste buiten Piran parkeren (Fornaz, houdt rekening met parkeerkosten)

The day before our check-in, we faced an emergency with our car that almost led to tragic consequences. I requested to reschedule the booking and was ready to pay any additional fees necessary, as traveling across the country with a cat and belongings using public transport was not an option. The owner ignored my request, waiting until the check-in day when it was too late to make any changes. As a result, I lost my money without any chance of recovering even a portion of it. I believe we could have reached a compromise if the owner had been willing to communicate. However, since the owner ignored this opportunity and chose to profit from free money — a well-deserved one-star rating. I do not recommend this to anyone.

The place is in a very good location, right next to a parking spot and the garage-bus stop. The view to the sea is amazing. The rooms are big and comfortable, with the two floors and separate bathrooms its a very convinient choice for friends and/or families!

The position in Piran is outstanding. So central. The views are stunning.

A bit short on utensils such as coffee making, large bowl, serving spoons. It was in need of a little TLC perhaps but we’re being picky about details which the position made up for!

Great location, easy access to the apartment, spacious place. It has everything what is needed

Very spacious apartment in a great localization. Sea view from the window, terrace. The apartment is decorated in a nautical style. A very good place to spend a few days with your family. I definitely recommend it
