Es ist sehr schön, Piran im Dezember zu besuchen - außerhalb der Touristensaison

Die Parksituation ist sehr mühsam. 20 oder 29 Euro für 24h Parkhaus ist ein Preis, den ich keine Lust habe, oft zu zahlen. Da fahr ich dann lieber woanders hin. Städte und Gemeinden verstehen nicht, dass man mehr Besucher hat, wenn Parken gratis ist oder billig. Die Gier finde ich unsympathisch. Das Parkhaus könnte genauso gut 5 Euro kosten für 24 Stunden.
