Viihtyisä majoitus loistavalla sijainnilla. Palvelu oli huippuluokkaa, saatiin ravintolasuositukset ja unohtuneet tavaratkin toimitettiin mopolla perään 😄

Good communication from the host. Very clean. Good location. Parking discount as parking is very expensive in Piran.

Das Zimmer war klein aber sehr schön eingerichtet, die Klimaanlage war ein Segen. Die Lage ist gut, man kommt überall zu Fuß hin. Andrej war super erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen und Anliegen und er gab mir super Tipps zum Essen oder für Aktivitäten.

Wir sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angereist, die Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt ist die Lage sehr schön und zentral. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was wir benötigten und war sehr gemütlich. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben für Unternehmungen und Restaurants.

Schöne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Andrej was charming and met us on arrival helping us negotiate the parking arrangements in Piran. He showed me round the room, filling me in on everything I would need to know. The room was scrupulously clean and the owners had clearly spent a lot of time making sure everything was just so.

The room was a bit small, but he had larger rooms and I hadn't realised I had booked the smallest room he had.

Sehr stilvolle, schöne Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt von Piran. Zum Bushalt in Piran ist es nicht weit. Von dort fahren laufend Busse die Küste entlang bis nach Koper. Die sehr netten Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus im Erdgeschoss und stehen bei Fragen oder Wünschen immer zur Verfügung. Ich habe mich als alleinreisende Frau sicher und sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es gab für mich nichts, was mich gestört hat. Für wen es wichtig ist: Es gibt keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit. Man muss Treppen steigen.

De ligging in Piran was erg centraal met alle bezienswaardigheden en het grote plein inclusief restaurants. Fijne hosts.

Het bed was iets aan de zachte kant, en de gordijnen lieten relatief veel licht door.

The room is a pretty nice room, nothing fancy, but the bed was very comfortable, and the room was very quiet. Both of those are important to me. You’re not far at all from anything you might want to see or do Piran. But nothing is very far from anything else in Piran. About a 10 minute walk will take you to the very tip of the Peninsula to watch the sunset, which I did every night. The owners, Andrej and Bogdana, are very nice people, very responsive to questions and needs, and in every way excellent hosts. They provide an excellent list of restaurants to eat at, although I don’t think you can really go wrong with just about any place in Piran. One thing really stands out for me. I’m pushing 76, and so handling my luggage can be a real challenge because I travel for three weeks or more at a time. I drove to Piran, and so getting from the big parking garage at Fornače was going to be a real challenge for me. Andrej was willing to pick me and my bags up and drive me to the penzion. And because the stairs are a bit on the steep side, and I’m not as strong as I used to be, he also carried my bag up to my room. This meant the world to me. And when I was ready to leave today, he reversed to the process, took my bag down for me, and then drove me to the garage to pick up my car. That was so far beyond what most people would be willing to do. In all ways, this is a great place to stay while visiting Piran. However, I would make one caution: if you have mobility or balance issues— I have neither. I’m just old.— this is probably not the right place for you to stay. I felt perfectly fine going up and down the stairs, I just couldn’t manage my big suitcase. But if you don’t have those issues, then this is a wonderful place and as I said, Andrej and Bogdana are wonderful hosts.
