Guest House Rosemary

I liked the extra attention on the details, like good quality equipments, hairdryer, fridge, towels etc. Modern, good functioning, appealing.

I loved the walkable location.

It was a bit noisy as people came and went.

Close to old city center. Kitchen well equiped. Owner very helpfull and nett. We had really great vacation.

- Great welcome from owners : nice people + detailed recommendation on what do to do and eat in the city. - flexibility from owners on arrival time - central location - room was well decorated and clean

- mattress was too soft for my liking (personal preference) - loud in the morning : as this is a guest house, room a very close to each other and sound insulation is great as in a hotel. While this is to be expected and we a made conscious choice, the cleaning of the room above ours started early on the morning (between 8 and 8:30AM) an dit was just impossible to sleep as there were loud banging noises. Owners could potentially help with that by organizing start of rooml cleaning a bit later. Maybe past 10 AM.

The apartment was cozy and clean, the host was super friendly and helpful, all in all we had a great vacation.

Prime location in the center of Piran just a few steps away from the bus station. Very easy and friendly check-in with the hosts. Communication via WhatsApp is possible ahead to arrange the check-in and messages will be answered very fast. Rooms have a very nice design and are well equipped. The air conditioning was very new and worked great in the summer heat. Supermarket, bars and restaurants are just around the corner. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Our room was very small and we needed to move our suitcases from time to time, but we knew that ahead of booking. Considering the old and narrow buildings in Piran this is something that needs to be accepted. Otherwise there was nothing that bothered us. I recommend coming with light luggage, if possible, due to the old cobblestone roads and the room size.
