No breakfast

Modern apartment old, needs attention. Kitchen & Bathroom need a thorough cleaning. Stovetop & wine cooler do not function. One plastic stairnose worn through, presenting a tripping hazard. On the other hand the beds are very comfortable and the AC works well.
