Size of the apartment.

The furniture is worn down and wordrobes are not attached to the walls and not stable, very risky. The apartment is noisy, windows in bedrooms are small and dirty and there is a large IC unit from the store beneth them which makes a lot of noise. All the fumes from the main street end up in the appartment, the air is poluted. Depending on the day, it can be tricky to find parking. For the same money you can find apartment with private parking and new furniture. Low value for money.
