Solo nos gustó el desayuno..aunque los últimos días ya no era tan variado

Primero la ubicación, luego una huésped fue vulgar y solo al día siguiente el hotel tomo acciones porque les dije de no hacerlo los iba a denunciar a INDECOPI. Luego el wifi es terrible, la tv que me dieron no funcionaba y tampoco tenía ningún aplicativo para ver ...salvó que el mismo huésped lo ponga. Había ruidos de agua arriba en mi cuarto..en resumen todo un fiasco

the pool view and overall view inside

attention - they lack of attention in general - they even offered breakfast from 8 to 10 am BUT they were not even there - no staff whatsoever - no one at reception - they really lack attention to their customers like big time - it is so unfortunate but true
