FeWo Höftsee-Blick

Der Ausblick ist sensationell, selbst vom Sofa aus blickt man auf den See und den Wald. Das Appartment ist perfekt ausgestattet mit unübertrieben allem, was man braucht. So eine gute Ausstattung hatte ich bisher noch nirgends. 🙂 Das Haus ist raffiniert gebaut und bietet viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Die Einrichtung des Appartments ist modern, ästhetisch und zweckdienlich. Die ausführlichen Informationen vorab sowie vor Ort haben mir gut gefallen. Nur 300 m entfernt gibt es eine Leihstation für Fahrräder, das war praktisch. Genauso die Anlegestelle der Fähre.

Die Lage war gut und die Ausstattung hervorragend.

Das Schlafzimmer haben wir als sehr beengend empfunden, man konnte sich kaum darin bewegen.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit Super-Ausblick. Alles drin was man braucht. Wir hatten erst etwas Bedenken wg. des Restes des Hochhauses - aber es ist ein absolut gepflegtes Haus und auch die festen Mieter dort sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war einwandfrei uns sie waren jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Leider ist der Fahrradkeller nicht zu gebrauchen - der ist proppevoll und viel zu klein. Auch wären - außer der auf den Fotos sichtbaren Treppe - noch 2 weitere Stufen ohne Schiene zu überwinden, was mit schweren E-Bikes nicht so einfach ist. Unsere guten E-Bikes haben wir dann tatsächlich draußen geparkt. da sind dann auch Stangen zum Anschließen und es ist Gottseidank alles gutgegangen. Die Vermieter haben darauf leider keinen Einfluss trotz des sofortigen Versuches, über die Hausverwaltung etwas zu erreichen. Im Bad wären rechts vom Waschbecken noch 2 Wandhaken schön, da waren zu wenige.

The apartment was great. The view is stunning and the apartment is modern and comfortable. the beds are extremely comfortable, and the flat has lots of great details.

The key collection is quite far from the apartment. I was traveling with public transport, and I ended up walking for over 30 minutes to collect the keys and had to walk another 20 minutes to reach the location, all while carrying my luggage. The key collection is the only negative part of my stay, but everything else exceeded my expectation. This is clearly not an issue if people are travelling by car, but it might be a problem for people relying on public transport. If it weren't for the key collection, I would give this place a 10.

great location, great view, very nice cosy apartment.

Everything was perfect.

The flat was very clean and modern. The owner found something I left and sent it to me, I thought that was really nice. The view was amazing. Easy key pick up. We even got a lovely welcome gift. Very good value for money. parking is easy

I liked everything. It was about 25 min walk to the centre. No problem for us. Of course you can also drive and park in the centre.
