A great little apartment for 2 adults and 2 children on a short visit to Sandbanks. Nicely spacious with everything we needed for a two-night stay. The only drawback is its position on a very busy main road, we visited during the heatwave and needed the windows open, but the constant traffic noise made sleeping difficult. Air conditioning would make this a perfect 10! And it didn't matter if you were at the front or the back of the property because at the back of the property there was a constant drone from the butchers air conditioning unit. The Butchers is directly next door

Very nice, well equipped apartment Although we only stayed one night the apartment would be very comfy and spacious for longer stays. Very quiet area.

The picture on the website is not a true representation of what's on the ground . The dining area seems forced and squeezed into the sitting /kitchen area . The place was booked for 6 people ,so we were basically in each other's face most of the time . Not so friendly neighbours . Not enough toilet paper ,spare bed linen and towels was left yet we had booked for 2 nights ,and upon requesting for them we were asked for extra fee . The tv not working with loose wire hanging . Management asking us to send of video of the problem , this ought to have been checked before guests arrived . Noise from the road coming into the bedroom next to the road , the windows ought to be double glazed . No privacy during the day if one decides to want some light into the room coz of the type of thing used to cover the window.

Property was the best location for us, it was clean and good size. The kitchen facilities are very good and a couple of bathrooms so great for families.

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable, there were lots of frayed wires poking out of the tvs and inevitably the tvs didn't work. The washer/dryer also didn't to work. Our biggest issue was that property is advised as having parking - this is not strictly the case. The property itself doesn't have any parking at all - there is just free on street parking on the residential street behind the property which is subject to availability. We did find a spot but the street was very full of cars and lots of dipped curb so we did just get lucky. In my view, it seems a bit dishonest to advertise in this way if there's no onsite free parking available because it is misleading and you do have to go down and read further into the questions asked by travellers who've clearly contacted the property to double check and only then have the property have responded to clarify that it's actually road parking which everyone knows is a risk that you may or may not actually end up being able to park nearby.
