Christina Perlia Studios

The property was really lovely, a large room and a spacious balcony. The beds were very comfortable and the small kitchen was very useful for cooking breakfasts! The Christina Perlia staff were friendly and so helpful - they let us check in early and even stored our bags after we’d checked out for a few hours before our ferry. Very satisfied and great value for money would definitely go back!

The host is the best

The room was comfortable although it was off season in Poros Island so on somedays it felt like I was alone in the entire building, equally creepy yet cozy. There was a fire station next door and also a daycare opposite the building so during the day I felt less lonely haha. There were a big group of cats that I absolutely loved (they hung around the entrance daily up till late and some also stay in next door building). As a cat lover myself this place was incredible because of the kitties despite it being winter and barely anyone around. Host was very responsive to texts although some amenities (like hairdryer) required some hunting in other rooms (keys were all left on doors so I had to keep opening them to find a room with hairdryer - I checked this with the host). The place is quite close to center (to where the ships are and also to restaurants) and no noise at night at all. It is also close to areas where you can rent bikes to explore the island but I just walked around and it was great to explore!

The hot water at sink wasn't hot enough and there was no kettle to boil hot water. It does get very dark at night and the street lights sometimes don't work so you have to walk in the dark forawhile to get to the main road. Also when you get in the room at night you need to work on putting the keycard into slot in complete darkness for electricity, that was a bit inconvenient.

The property did not have hot water facility so we were unable to take a shower. The host was unavailable at the property and he made us check 3 other rooms ourselves at his property; none of which had hot water available
