The location was good (if you don’t want to be in the city centre itself), opposite a park, and close to the waterfront.

The property was not particularly clean, dusty in most rooms, which left me needing to take my inhaler every morning when I awoke. There is mold in the bathroom, and the electrics gave me cause for concern in terms of their safety (photos added to show this). There was no view. The bedroom window overlooks an enclosed courtyard, of which you can see less than a meter, and the living room window was shuttered from the outside, so unless you are tall, you cannot see over it. Finally, this property is listed as giving you the option to pay at the property. I was not given this option, and was billed on arrival to the card linked to my booking.com account, which is not how I wanted to pay, and had I known this would happen I would not have chosen this option when booking.

Great location near the ocean (5 mins walks). easy to get city center by bus.

Great location, handy for shops, restaurants, bars, park and river/coast. Bed was very comfortable and host very helpful when required.

Could have been cleaner and smells from bathroom and kitchen need eliminated. Need to control flies in bathroom and mosquitoes. Living room light and socket near front window need checked/ fixed.

No parking It was on main route through Porto Noisy at night and early morning

The property is ideally located. The price was unbeatable. Great for a short stay. Had lovely park across from the flat and amazing restaurants within a short walk. Parking was readily available, we paid 2 Euro for the 3 days as one was a public holiday, we did a lot of sightseeing so the 4 hours no return in the daytime was not a problem.

The property is what is advertised, as well as what has been related in the reviews. It has a very unpleasant smell under the basin in the kitchen, it has only one window(the one in the bedroom is too small to have any effect) that is situated on a very busy road, it has a half shutter that is easily unlocked from the outside. This made our nights restless as our daughter slept on the sleeper couch and it was far too hot to close the window.
