Oporto Batalha Residence free parking

We did not use the breakfast service. The location was very good. The host Pedro was very friendly and helpful and provided us with plenty of information prior to our stay to enable us to make the most out of our stay.

We felt that the apartment could have benefited from a more homely touch and didn’t feel that it was as pristine as the pictures made it look. The one bedroom had a stale smell which was hard to get rid of. It smelt like someone had been smoking in the bedroom.

I recently stayed in this apartment in Porto and had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the process to get the keys was smooth and hassle-free. One of the standout perks was the free parking, which was a great convenience in such a central area.

the location was both a positive and negative thing very close to sights and restaurants and shopping area but inside an old commercial building. Great to have a parking space available and the host was very helpful with information on what to see and do in porto

the dark living room and and kitchen no windows no natural light the kitchen is not suitable for cooking unless you are reheating food bought from outside. the host need to invest on new kitchen utensils ,pots and pans, dining utensils etc we had 2 days of no water in the afternoon

Position of apartment, each bedroom equally good, modern decor.

No windows in main accommodation, some of the kitchen implements were a bit too basic

2 small bedrooms with 2 double beds - uncomfortable and old. A small bathroom with extremely poor water pressure. Probably suit young couple with small kids with little baggage on a short break. No corkscrew, kettle with broken top,extremely poor TV reception in rooms. The only positive was a car park space for the duration of our stay and excellent host who was very helpful.

Very nice and helpful welcome from the host, he gave us good tips for the journey

Could be nice with tea towel in the kitchen and hand soap in the bathroom

Central location and easy access to all attractions and car park included

Water Pressure in shower very weak.
