Excellent location, lots of space. Good shower - warm with lots of pressure.

No blinds - only block out bifolds, which meant no natural light in the mornings when getting ready. I also did not have the sun to help me wake up. No towel hook in the bathroom. Would also be good to have shelving for toiletries.

Posizione Centralissima, ottimo per visitare la città. Ristoranti e supermercati vicini. Appartamento accogliente, pulito e ordinato.

Clean, nicely decorated, well equipped and spacious apartment in a brilliant location. Check in process was smooth, and staff very quick to respond to any queries.

The air-conditioning was effective, but clicked, which wasn't noticeable in the day but seemed very loud at night. Bed was very firm and seemed quite small, which meant we didn't get the greatest sleep while we were there.

Sadly, there are only a few positives which do not outweigh the negatives.

The bathroom had mold between the tiles on the floor and walls. A cockroach roamed freely in our bathroom for three days. No hooks anywhere to be found and storage is non existing for such a big apartment. Two people had to share one tiny clothes rack with two mini drawers which were pretty useless. The bed/mattress was way too thin which left me with a crippled back each morning. We occupied two rooms for three days which were pretty much the same. Very low standards, cheap furniture and once again no storage space. And if you need extra towels you have to pay for it.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay. The location is exceptional, the apartment is clean and well soundproofed despite the busy street it's on. We highly recommend it and would come back any time!

It was the blackout day in Portugal. A staff let me in early and carried my big suite case on the stairs to the apartment. Luckily, it's on level 1.

The sofa could look better with a new coverage

location is super convenient. Room is pleasant Bathroom is spacious and comfortable

Bed is not king size (6ft). It’s too small for 2 people. Bathroom door cannot be closed properly
