Le manque d'aménagement sur la terrasse qui est vraiment triste en l'état actuel.

We stayed in the small blue studio which even tho was small, it had everything we needed (apart from a cutting board). There was a comfortable self check in and the location was great. We enjoyed the little balcony and it was sufficient for a short stay while we spend most of the days out in the city.

The shower didn’t drain properly.

The apartment is lovely.

However, the housekeeping were rude and the staff were not helpful at all! They were not cooprative and accused me of stealing money when it was their own fault!! They took longto answer and sometimes would read and not reply and they were not professional at all . They do not know how to handle a situation propely. As much as i have stayed at this apartment, i would never ever ever stay at this place ever again, even if it was the last place available. Was not satisfied.

As much as i have stayed at this apartment and loved the apartment only, i would never ever ever stay at this apartment in the future.

Moderno e confortável

I stayed at this property for 4 full days and checked out as planned. After my stay, the property owner sent a complaint claiming that I was not entitled to the accommodation and had overstayed. Following this, the owner started sending threats regarding payment, even though Booking.com had already refunded the full amount after investigating the initial complaint. Even though I was not legally required to pay anything, I chose to make a payment via the owner's link on my own accord. The owner received the full payment, including the portion that should have gone to Booking.com, which was entirely voluntary. I want to emphasize that I will not consider staying at this property again, and it is not suitable to be listed on Booking.com. Booking.com handled the situation professionally and protected my rights, while the property owner attempted to claim payment unjustly and threatened me after my stay had ended.
