"Exceptional"

Exeptionally clean apartment. It’s very spacious, pictures don’t do the justice. Owners are nice and welcoming. You can walk to everything in city.

"You could not ask for more!"

The apartment is so well-thought out, it lacks for nothing! It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, had tons of storage space, coat hooks by the door, even a nice workspace with a desk. We didn't cook, but we warmed up some leftovers and such, and the kitchen has everything you need. Good bed, room-darkening blinds on the window and lots of great closet space. The bathroom is spacious and lovely, with a nice step-in glass shower. Great communication with the owner's son in English and I used my beginner's Portuguese to communicate with the very friendly owner when we met to get the keys. There is a lift, but we didn't use it because the flat is up only one flight of steps. Parking is under the building, no problem getting in and out.

A few things I'm sure they will fix (we didn't mention them before now). The hot water is EXTREMELY hot, it would be safer if they turned down the temperature. The toilet seat became unmoored (wobbly) while we were there.

The owner was very kind and helpful. Location is good, easy to reach everything. Cool craft beer brewery in front of building, highly recommended!

The street is a bit too loud in front of the house. No other issues.
