I received a lot of emails, every day once, welcome Marcel and bla, bla, but I informed them about my late comming 1,5 hour check in at 22:30 in written form via booking, but simply no response!!! But again new same welcome email bla, bla, few days before really coming finally call, they promised me no problem we have 24/7 reception very close, you will receive a map, then I expected OK, but again nothing happened just email= spam welcome Marcel bla, bla. BUT I called the same day and then we received info about key pick up place, 5 min. walking from accommodations...., stay was OK, great. But communication before we came really very BAD, Cao

Situation perfect for Trindade Metro station, from which trains to to the city centre of Porto, or to Campanha railway station. Trains run direct Trindade - airport. Corner shop just downstairs, fresh rolls in morning, wines, foods, etc.

beautiful bright space, perfect central location with a great cafe and a massage spot around the corner.

question about elevator was never even answered, apparently there isn’t one. too many stairs to not have an easier way to get luggage to the room.

The location was amazing. I was in the heart of Old Porto and loved it. Not only were there tons of bakeries, restaurants and shops to visit, but transit was easily accessible. What I truly enjoyed was how quiet the studio was any hour of the day.

The shower door was hanging off of a single screw when I arrived. I informed the company and their reply was to be careful with it so it didn’t fall off. Not only was that unprofessional, it was irresponsible. The door is about six feet high and weighed no less than 60 lbs. I had to threaten them with a bad review and request a refund for them to take action when I shouldn’t have had to deal with this issue in the first place. My other concern is the fact that the studio isn’t as clean as it could be. The carpets (and most other things) are old and haven’t been deep cleaned in a while, if ever. I had to roll them up before my allergies killed me. There’s also a serious mold problem that is sure to progress unless they attend to it. The gorgeous balcony doors are draped in mold. It’s easy to see and easy to paint over, but since this is a business they will cut corners and not address any issues. Too bad.

Wonderful lovely little studio in walking distance to the city centre. We had a wonderful week there and loved every minute

There is no air-conditioning and a big window front, so it did got quite warm during the day. But thankfully the nights in Porto are quite fresh so it wasn't too bad.
