"Decent for a short stay in Porto as a couple"

The location was really the best. Right in the center of Porto you could walk anywhere, near all major attractions and restaurants etc. The space was okay, I would say best for couples without children.

The communication with the staff wasn’t the best. I felt at times they were a bit rude and condescending. That was the major let down for us. Other points: the sofa bed wasn’t made when we came though we had explicitly asked (it was rectified after which was good though). Also, we bought some pastries and had them on the counter for less than 2-3 hours and the kitchen and living room became completely full on ants.

N/A - the security lock was quite hard to figure out but this isn’t a complaint as it felt very safe.

the very comfortable bed and the possibility to cook, heat water or drink a coffee. The shower.

Everything was really great...as a little idea for next guests could be to offer two coffee tabs then we bought the wrong owns.
