Good location close to metro station and city centre (20 min walk). Nice cafeteria next to the apartment building. Size of the apartment is good enough for 4 persons family.

Air condition was not working at all during our stay and there was limited possibility to heat the apartment. The problem was not solved during our stay so it would be great to know about it in advance, before arrival.

Great spot! The hosts were super communicative, and everything was explained clearly. The location is close to everything but still feels local and relaxed. The appliances are awesome, and the place is super comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The only thing I’d improve: the living room sofa (which is a sofa bed) seems a bit worn — the pillows don’t fit properly anymore, so the metal frame shows and it’s not very comfortable to sit on. Also, the bathrooms were a bit cold, even though there were portable heaters around the apartment.

Квартира в центре, возле метро, в старом доме. Ремонт новый, хороший 👍. Хозяин всё время был на связи, всё доступно и понятно. Отдельная благодарность хозяину квартиры за сюрприз 🎁. Неожиданно и очень приятно! Угощения очень понравились, спасибо большое!

Не смотря на то, что в квартире паркет, пол очень холодный в это время года. Хотелось бы самых дешёвых одноразовых тапочек.
