OPO Bolhao Flats by Destiny Houses

Great location, very close to Bolhao market. Ideal for a girl’s trip. Surprisingly quiet apart from traffic noises. Plenty of hot water and a nice shower. Comfy beds. Exceptional value for money and a nice sunset view

Poor communication before arrival. Didn’t reply to messages on booking.com but was responsive on WhatsApp. Also asked for extra bedding which never arrived. Lift was working but still have to go up stairs to get to the lift which isn’t ideal with heavy cases.

Hot. No Air conditioning, strong smell in the bathroom

The apartment was exceptional: 2 large bedrooms with a terrace, one small bedroom, an open-space living room and kitchen, and, very importantly, 2 bathrooms. Located right in the center, yet in a quiet area. Right across the street, there’s a place with coffee and everything you need for breakfast. The metro and bus stations are right next to the building, and a wonderful, large market with a bit of everything is just a 1-minute walk away. Communication with the host was excellent; they were proactive and sent us information even before we asked. I highly recommend it!

I don’t really know what to write as a downside—maybe just that it doesn’t have a 'wow' view from the windows, just a normal, neighborhood view.

The natural light was excellent, and the location was great. The apartment felt bright, comfortable, and very convenient.

The only small issues were the lack of mirrors in the bedrooms and that the cleaning under the bed could have been improved, as it was dusty. Apart from that, everything was very good overall.

L'appartement était bien situé. Le Mercado de Balhoa est a environ 5min à pied. Il y a aussi un centre commercial à coté de l'appartement avec restaurant et boutiques.

Dans l'ensemble le logement est correct. Je trouve cependant dommage de mettre autant de photos sans savoir de quel logement il s'agit. La douche était assez moyenne. Pas de moisissures mais les murs s'écaillent au niveau des robinets. De l'eau s'écoule coté WC alors que nous fermions la porte de douche. C'est dommage. Je ne saurais pas vous ire si il y a du Wi-fi car nous n'avions pas cette information sur place. La literie est franchement inconfortable, le lit double est assez petit et nous sentions les ressorts ! Je pense qu'un effort peut être fait.
