NICHTS! Die Webseite hat meine Zugangsdaten mehrfach zwar angeblich erfolgreich gespeichert, dann aber angeblich doch nicht Die Telefon Nummer war weiblich, unfreundlich/genervt. Ich solle alles nochmal eingeben (dann 6. Versuch) der auch scheiterte. Sie ging dann auch nicht mehr ans Telefon und wir ins SEHR EMPFEHLENSWERTE Pestana Flores Hotel.

ALLES. Geld zurück und zwar pronto!

Nice stylish apartment although a bit worn out.

1. Mouldy air conditioner (I don't know what else this black dirt can be) 2. As people already mentioned, the bathroom door doesn't close properly, TV works only partially as well as oven. 3. We were two people and we asked for a second blanket as we prefer to sleep under separate blankets and also the blanket in the apartment was very light for winter. We were waiting for their answer for quite a while (and could hardly sleep) and then they asked us to pay extra for a blanket! 8 euros is nothing, but still...
