Great location, really cute place with all you need, but quite small room. Ideal base for exploring the city a in a slightly more local area. Porto is a great place to visit

High quality accommodation. Excellent location. Poor was lovely. Communication was great also. We were able to check in early and leave our bags on check out day.

Great location. right next to a lot of restaurants and shops. There was a pool and sunloungers.

The outside view is not scenic. But life goes on!

Gorgeous apartment with coffee machine and pods -lovely touch small drinks of Port when we arrived. Great location with trendy bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Easy 20 mins walk to Riberia area with the Douro River. Tram 1 to beach Foz is great to do. Swimming pool lovely after hot day walking. Easy check in and helpful host Simon.

Sun-loungers need replaced -broken and mouldy. Cleaners were there cleaning but not able to fix.

Good location.

This is a nice, safe, well-located place to stay in Portugal and I agree with the positive descriptions by other reviewers. But a couple of slight negatives. They are building at least one large block of flats next door and it looks like the noisy construction work will be going on for some time, certainly through the summer of 2024. Secondly our flight was delayed and we arrived a little after 11pm. For this, the host levies a 20 euro late-arrival surcharge. It was in the T+Cs and we paid it, but it was an irritating way to start a nice holiday and could have been waived, given that in the context of what we paid for the apartment for four nights it was a relatively trivial amount.

The apartment is a perfect place to stay - in an interesting area near great bars, restaurants and shops. And convenient for all the places we wanted to visit in the city. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. We loved the pool and garden. Special thanks to the host who forwarded my handbag, which I accidentally left behind, to the UK.

The building work going on behind the property is slightly annoying - but didn’t actually bother us that much. We would definitely stay at Casa Nina again.
