The apartment was perfect for our stay - the location was excellent for all the sights. It was clean and comfortable with lovely white fluffy towels provided. Access was keyless which was very easy to use. Anna - the host was very helpful. We were very pleased with our choice 😃

The apartment was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Kitchen had microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and drip coffee machine. Apartment 3F was located on 3rd floor overlooking Rua da Flores. You could open windows for fresh air which I prefer over air conditioning. The building has been totally updated and there was a small, but functional lift. Also space to store luggage before and after check in. The hostess provided ample information for where to go and what to see and was very helpful. Communication was excellent. Location was within walking distance of most of the sights, a few hills to climb, but that’s Porto. Also a 100% gluten free cafe nearby, Com Cuore, for fellow travelers needing gluten free food. Could not find gluten free bread anywhere in Porto so be sure to bring some!

The beds were a bit hard, but that’s just our preference.

Our apartment was chosen by our teenage children and it's the best choice they could have made. Right in the heart of Porto and at the same time completely away from street noise with the windows closed. The apartment had everything we needed and in reality it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Excellent breakfast, where there are rows of people directly below us. The heart of appartment is also Anna, who took care of us throughout our stay, recommended two wonderful local restaurants for dinner, reserved a table for us every time...thank you so much❤️. When we come back...for sure to this apartment😊.

Nothing.It was really perfect.

Location, clean, quiet and easy assess to get in and out of unit.

No salt, pepper, paper towels, napkins, very, very little coffee, broken corkscrew, one kitchen towel, one rag and one sponge for 5 nights! It would be handy when guests arrive. Talked with another couple staying in the above unit and they said the same. Disappointing cuz these things are cheap but convenient for the guests.

Weak and spotty Wi-Fi, very poor bathroom lighting, not enough bath towels, pedestrian street made it difficult to meet Ubers and tours, difficult to use kitchen because the apartment is not close to markets to get ingredients

Location was fantastic. Contact was very helpful. Apartment ideal for couple.

Pillows need replacing

Everything was wonderful. It was well laid out and AC was great. Bert part is the location. Unlike Lisbon it had an elevator and you step right into a Main Street but because of the soundproofing of apartment you wouldn’t know it at night unless windows are open. Anna provided helpful recommendations and it was easy to access using door codes.

Perfect accommodation in a perfect location. Just a short walk from Sao Bento Station the apartment was right in the centre of a busy street full of shops cafes and restaurants. Downhill to the river. The communication with the owner was excellent before and during the t rip. We were even allowed to check in early as the apartment was ready. Everything in the apartment you would need including plenty of clean white fluffy towels. We fell in love with Porto and will be back and this accommodation will be our first choice. Thanks Anna
