The location of the appartment is very convenient, close to the city center and to the metro station.

The apartment is located on the ground floor with windows facing directly onto the street, making it extremely noisy—you can hear everything from outside. However, the worst part for us was the poor ventilation, resulting in a terrible odor, along with the lack of cleanliness. The place was covered in dog hair—on the floors, chairs, sofa, and even in the bathroom. Despite paying a significant cleaning fee, the state of the apartment was unacceptable. Thankfully, we had only booked for one night, though we would have left regardless.

Thre is a mold in a shower, no sharp knife

The location is very good. Close to the subway (easy approachable from the airport) and also close to the city centre.

nice area close to the centre. many local coffee shops and restaurants until 10 minutes by walk. great communication with owner and big effort to help you and make your stay comfortable.

really needed to improve clean. it was clean at first sight but detailed look showed lot of lacks in cleaning process. it is seen that this accommodation is used very oftne but despite this fact it was nice stay.

Very centrally located, near the metro and lots of restaurants in proximity. Carlos was very easy to get ahold of. He texted us the instructions for the self check in, which was super easy. And he kindly let us check in early as the apartment was ready and clean. Thank you!

Only thing is you can hear people in the corridor passing by/talking. We’re deep sleepers so it didn’t bother us at all
