DEDie Übergabe war sehr unkompliziert. Bernardo hat uns vor dem Haus empfangen, uns nach oben (2. Stock) begleitet und alles erklärt. Das Appartement befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in einem modernen Wohnviertel, das fußläufig zur D'Ouro-Mündung liegt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe und man kommt schnell (ca. 30 Minuten) in die historische Altstadt von Porto. Ein Supermarkt und ein gutes italienisches Restaurant sind um die Ecke. Einen Parkplatz findet man immer vor der Tür. Vom kleinen Balkon aus sieht man tatsächlich ein Eckchen des Flusses. Das Appartement ist groß und modern eingerichtet (IKEA Pur!). Die Betten sind bequem. Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt.
Das Appartement wird durch GuestReady bewirtschaftet, es ist also eine reine Ferienwohnung. Dementsprechend ist zwar alles nötige vorhanden, aber zu knapp. Für 10 Tage bekamen wir nur einen Satz Handtücher und Bettwäsche, einem Mini-Spül-Kit und überhaupt keine Putzmittel. Extra-Putzen und neue Wäsche kann man dazu buchen (30 Euro). Auf Nachfrage bot man uns an, die Kosten für selbst gekaufte Putzmittel zu erstatten. Außerdem muss man wissen, dass sich das Haus in der Flugschneise befindet. Besonders früh ab 6 Uhr und von 22-24 Uhr war es ziemlich laut.

Al ser un 2 no tenía buenas vistas,pero nosotros necesitábamos aparcar el coche cerca y eso se podía.

FRFlat is well located. It’s not in the center but there are many buses close by that’ll take you there. Clean.
Not well equiped. One towel per person. Two wine glasses. No cloth. No bottle opener (we had to buy one). The toilet was leaking (fixed the same day). Noisy (upstair neighbours).
ESQue había transporte público cerca.
Las toallas sucias y rotas, el váter totalmente inundado y nadie nos vino a solucionar el problema, las sábanas gastadas y llenas de pelos, las sartenes y vasos con restos de comida. Falta de higiene absoluta. Una experiencia pésima y no se la recomendaría a nadie. Y lo de las vistas al río es mentira. No se comunican ni en portugués ni en español en ningún momento con los huéspedes todo en inglés. Pagando 150 euros la noche debería haber un minimo de limpieza.
AREs un barrio tranquilo con acceso cercano a la costa.
Si bien el apartamento estaba equipado con ollas, sartenes y todo lo de cocina, no tenia ni esponja/detergente ni pastilla del lavavajilla. Hay un inodoro donde solamente se puede hacer pis y sin tirar ni 1 solo cuadradito de papel (caso contrario se tapa). El otro baño funciona correctamente. PD: Estuvimos 3 días (es un apartamento para 4 personas) y solamente dejaron 1 rollo de papel higiénico en cada baño.
