The property was clean and looked like the pictures. Very close to everything. Pleasant and safe area. There was everything one might need during a stay in Porto. There were enough towels, also soap and body lotion. Complementary tea and coffee as well.

We have experienced problems with absence of hot water in the shower. Another major concern was the lock of the door during check-in. We were given the check-in instructions, however, they did not inform us about a peculiarity of the apartment door. Apparently, in order to open it, you have to twist the key to the left, simultaneously pulling the door to yourself, and as soon as the key stops twisting, you push the door. We spent 30 minutes trying to figure this out after a long and tiring flight, texting the property about this, but only receiving answers from an AI bot, which could not help adequately. In the end, the staff helped us, but it was a rather nervous check in. Apparently, the door issue has been mentioned multiple times in other reviews. Overall, the stay was good, but please leave the door instructions for future guests.

La ubicación y el silencio

Nos dejaron un nórdico muy finito para la época del año (invierno) y la primer noche pasamos frío. En los armarios había almohadas pero ni una manta o nórdico abrigado. Pedimos por favor vía WhatsApp y vía mail si alguién nos podía acercar un nórdico y no obtuvimos respuesta alguna. Volvimos a solicitarlos 2 veces y nadie respondió. Me parece muy poco cuidadoso. No dan ganas de repetir una experiencia como esta.

Curațenie exemplara,in centru,aproape de restaurante.Ne-am simțit minunat,echipat cu tot ce ai nevoie,liniste deplina,ne-am sintit extraordinar.. A fost o alegere foarte buna,raport calitate-preț peste asteptari.

Nu a fist nimic care sănu ne placă.

Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità da parte del personale, inoltre l'arredamento era molto pulito e con tutti i comfort necessari. Consiglio assolutamente!

Al llegar no funcionaba el televisor, avise por whatsapp y me dijeron que probase a enchufar de nuevo el cable de la antena. Lo he hecho varias veces y seguía sin encontrar canales. Les comuniqué que seguía sin funcionar y ya no me volvieron a contestar. La verdad es que nos dio un poco igual porque estuvimos todo el tiempo fuera del apartamento, pero en un hotel o similar es imprescindible que funcione el televisor, sobre todo si permaneces mucho tiempo en la habitación.
