"Great location"

8.0

Very close to the city centre, the studio is indeed very cosy, loads of maps and information about Porto, umbrellas for rainy days available, close to buses and metro station.

Very small (but well equipped) kitchen. Boiler of hot water for about 15-20min (the need to wait for reheat) what was challenging for a family of 4. View from the window for another building (but it is a very strict city centre)

"Awesome apartment for a short or long term stay! Definitely recommend...I'll certainly book again!"

10.0

Location was truly awesome! Three minute walk from Rua Caterina and Balhao Metro station and only a five minute walk from the infamous Balhao Market! Apartment was clean, cozy, funky, and most importantly...a great bed and even memory foam pillows!

Perhaps a small coffee table in front of the sofa for added guest comfort!

"Once the nearby construction is finished, we would recommend this as a comfortable, convenient place to stay in Porto!"

8.0

The location was great, extremely close to a metro stop, shopping, restaurants, and historic sites in the center city. We could walk everywhere from this apartment. The queen bed and pillows were comfortable, neither too hard nor too soft, which was a big plus. Also, though we were in the center of the city, the apartment was extremely quiet at night. We appreciated having access to a washing machine and clothes drying rack, as well as a good quality hairdryer. The apartment space is compact, but has quite adequate space, storage, and supplies for two people. Jessica was very prompt to reply to several questions along the way.

We were looking forward to making use of the balcony in the mornings, but were unable to do that because there was a large building project happening just 15 feet from the balcony, and the sounds of the jackhammers into cement was so deafening that we couldn’t even have a conversation even inside the apartment. The workers were doing their main work on the same level as the apartment, so there was no privacy. By the looks of it, the construction will probably carry on at least through the end of 2024, but once that is done, it will be a much nicer place to stay.

"This is a quiet and comfortable place for sleeping and breakfast, a kind of home away from home."

9.0

The back balcony was nice. The construction workers next-door were playing rich Portuguese operatic music on the radio all day, often with accordion accompaniment.

The little table on the balcony needs some repair work. Trying to read at night, in bed or anywhere, there’s no really good lighting.
