L’appartement était propre , la literie était bonne et l’emplacement était idéal . Proche du métro bolao. L’hôte s’est arrangé pour nous accueillir plus tôt et nous avons pu profiter de notre après midi pour commencer à visiter.

The location of the apartment is a strong point: situated in a quiet area while still offering convenient access to public transport and walkable distance to major parts of town.

The stay started somewhat promisingly, as a luggage drop at 2:30 p.m. ahead of the 4:00 p.m. check-in time had been preconfirmed. However, on the actual day, the host was initially not reachable because their phone was turned off. Since they insist on conducting an in-person check-in and are not located near the apartment, we ended up waiting 1 hour (30 after the agreed time) outside. While personal check-ins can feel appropriate for a genuinely small private host, a closer look shows that this operator manages nearly 20 properties, making the experience feel far more commercial - but without the reliability one would expect from a professional setup. Unfortunately, the service experience deteriorated further afterwards. We had originally booked three nights (Saturday to Tuesday), but our Tuesday flight was cancelled due to airline labor action, forcing us to depart already on Monday. We informed the host immediately after learning about the cancellation on Sunday morning and asked whether, as a goodwill gesture, the final Monday night could be cancelled. Given that it was only a Monday night and the next guests were arriving Tuesday, it seemed unlikely that the night would have been rebooked anyway. However, the request was denied with reference to the standard terms and conditions, without acknowledging that airline cancellations are exceptional circumstances. No compromise was offered - not even a partial refund or shared cost arrangement. Combined with the earlier check-in inconvenience and the host being unreachable by phone, the overall impression was one of very limited customer service and flexibility. Cleanliness appeared good at first glance, but on closer inspection it felt somewhat superficial, with mainly guest-facing surfaces being cleaned. For example, on a cupboard next to the sofa, the corner where a guest would place a glass had been wiped clean, while the remainder was covered in a thick layer of dust.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πεντακάθαρο και ήσυχο διαμέρισμα με όλες τις ανέσεις, φιλικός ιδιοκτήτης που μας υποδέχθηκε ο ίδιος (προτιμώ πάντα ένα χαμογελαστό πρόσωπο από ένα απρόσωπο κουτί) και μας έδωσε και βασικές πληροφορίες για την πόλη, πολύ λογική τιμή.

Πρότασή μου να στηριχθεί καλύτερα η κουπαστή της εσωτερικής σκάλας, είναι πολύ κομψή αλλά αισθάνεσαι ανασφάλεια, ιδίως αν χρειαστεί να κατέβεις τη νύχτα. Το μόνο που με ενόχλησε ήταν ο κανονισμός του καταλύματος να πετάξουμε μόνοι μας τα σκουπίδια. Μας ενημέρωσε βέβαια ο ιδιοκτήτης αλλά δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί αφού, όπως ο ίδιος μας είπε, θα ερχόταν συνεργείο καθαρισμού μόλις φεύγαμε, έπρεπε μαζί με τις βαλίτσες να κουβαλάμε και σακούλες σκουπιδιών για 96 σκαλιά.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, en una calle llena de vida, mas nada ruidosa, muy còmodo, limpio y a su vez funcional. Tiene secador de pelo que se agradece! Respecto al flat, aprox hay que subir 5 pisos en escalera del edificio, los cuales no son nada terribles ya que la escala es muy ancha y firme para darte tiempo y comididad al subir. Hay mucho transporte y comercio cerca, llegar e ir al aeropuerto es facil (usamos uber) El anfitrión es un 10 :) Gracias!

Lo único en que yo tendría cuidado es en llevar niños pequeños, o en su defecto adultos mayores que se incomoden por dormir en un sillón, esto por la habitación ubicada arriba. No fue problema dormir en el sillón del 1er piso ya que es muy cómodo y se vuelve sofá cama. Pero, si duermes arriba debes subir una escalera y la protección hacia abajo es una lámina, que si bien es gruesa, uno podría caer si no tiene cuidado o precaución suficiente. También en los costados de la escalera, da la sensación de que la barandilla está suelta y que no sirve mucho para un apoyo firme de ser necesario. Al ser joven no es problema para mi, pero se siente peligrosa para adultos mayores o niños pequeños.

todo muy cómodo y limpio además de que nos dejó servicios básicos como sal, aceite etc para hacer las comidas

la única pega que le pondría es que es un 4º sin ascensor pero ya lo sabíamos antes de ir así que sabemos a qué nos sometemos

L’accueil de Joâo qui nous a donné pleins de conseil. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et chaleureux. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

The host was so nice and accommodating. The run was comfortable and had air conditioning.

Nos encantó todo. Ubicación perfecta cerca del centro. El apartamento tiene detalles que son de agradecer: café y té de cortesía. Todos los enseres de cocina en incluso plancha. Y sobre todo la atención de Joao. Gracias por todo
