It has everything you need, including some basic ingredients like coffee, oil, salt, etc... The street was very calm and quiet at night, as it is not a main street. The location is great and the apartment is cozy and beautifully decorated.

Honestly, it was all very good. The only downside is that the bed might be a bit small for two (if you're both tall and like space, like us). But the couch can easily be turned into a (comfy) bed, with the linen and blankets available. We slept really well the 3 nights we stayed at this place.

The host was there to give the keys and he guided us through everything we need to have a great stay. Carlos was so great, even asked us if we need any recommendations. There was enough space for our small family. There was a reference manual with all info, including how to use appliances, which I think is great. ( though Carlos showed us how to use stove and oven) The apartment kitchen was well equipped with basic stuff I needed. TV was big, with HDMI port- it was very convenient to connect to laptop. Street parking is free from 7pm to 9am, so we ended up moving our car from parking garage. We parked a car for the day and walked down to see the city- it was a short walk, but next time we'll consider driving, it is more convenient with small kids. Note that there is currently some construction down the road and they started working around 8am- it didn't bother us. There was a sofa in living room, we didn't end up using it.

Generally apartment was clean, but living room was a little dusty, carpet was dirty ( there was visible sand on it)- I wouldn't pay too much attention if it was just us, but since my kids spent time in front of TV, it was noticeable.

Very comfortable apartment, good location near main points to visit, stopa and restaurants & cafe. Helpfull staff/owner. 👌
