BBA Apartments Palácio I - Douro View, Gym & Free Parking

El aparcamiento una pasada,la ubicación cerca del centro. Tuvimos un problema y nos lo solucionaron rapidamente

Apartamento muy bonito y limpio, totalmente recomendable. Muy bien situado, a tan sólo 15 minutos del centro caminando. La plaza de aparcamiento es un plus.

Excepté le ton rude de la personne en charge de l'appartement rien à signaler. Tout était très bien. Très bel appartement propre et moderne.

La personne de contact était très hautaine et le ton du message laissait bien entendre que le fait de lui poser une question le dérangeait alors que nous étions en milieu d'après-midi un jour de semaine. Toutes les indications sont fournies par le biais de messages automatiques en anglais. Effectivement la réponse à ma question était dans les indications mais je ne l'ai pas compris en anglais et ai donc posé la question directement par message après plusieurs tentatives par courriel et booking sans succès et le ton était rude et à la limite de l'impolitesse. Si on ne souhaite pas faire du service auprès de la clientèle il faut changer de métier.

Clean, bright apartment with a view of the river and pleasant communal rose garden. Marvellous location just off the main tourist trap in Porto, but around 25 mins walk to most sites. Also, it is a great benefit to have easy access private parking. It was lovely to have the Jardins do Palácio de Cristal on your doorstep, although it was packed for the 16th global scout moot when we were there.

El garage

Appartement moderne, propre, fonctionnel, calme. Accès avec un ascenseur. Bien appréciable, le parking gratuit, sécurisé et facile d'accès. A notre arrivée, quelques problèmes avec la porte du garage et la serrure de la porte d'entrée très vite résolus. Appartement bien situé. Malgré des problèmes de genou, nous avons visité Porto toute une grande journée uniquement à pied.

A notre arrivée, le chauffe-eau était sur OFF. Nous nous en sommes rendus compte quand nous n'avions plus d'eau chaude. Le chauffe-eau se situe dans un placard dans l'entrée. Nous l'avons remis sur ON et tout s'est bien passé. Vaisselle insuffisante : 2 mugs, 1 seul trop grand saladier, pas de petit couteau d'office

I like that there was parking and the house was very communicative which I really appreciated

There were so many emails from booking.com that it was very confusing. I feel like the Cleaners didn’t do the best job and my suggestion would be to do a deep clean on the unit as there’s a lot of dust and corners and I really hated the fact that I got there and there was hair on the toilet and hair in the sink.

The apartment is comfortable and in a great location to explore Porto. Parking space in the garage was easy and safe. A great bonus for a bigger city. The owner or corporation ( not sure which) could just focus on inexpensive details to help make the stay more comfortable. Also, the rugs could be changed out as they are very worn and stained. Also a side table on both sides of the bed would be appreciated. We stayed three nights, and after we settled in, it was very comfortable.
