"Apartamento grande pero mal mantenido"

Tiene ascensor, tiene parking gratuito, muy necesario por ser zona azul, el wifi va bien y es espacioso

Nos insistieron en que dijéramos exactamente la hora checkin y llegaron más de media hora tarde. A las 16:00 que era la entrada, el apartamento aún no se había limpiado y tuvimos que irnos a hacer tiempo. El apartamento no está bien mantenido: cortinas sucias y medio descolgadas, moho en la ducha, paredes sucias, lamparas llenas de polvo, ventanas con cristal muy sucias y la del salón no se podía abrir. No hay aire acondicionado, solo ventiladores con mucho polvo. Una de las dos habitaciones no tiene ventana, es un zulo. Las camas eran muy duras.

Très bel appartement, proche du centre et des sites d'intérêts. Parking sécurisé appréciable surtout en centre ville. Bien équipé, 2 chambres (famille, parents et 2 enfants). En conclusion, à revenir, nous le reprendrions

We met with the responsible person on time. Not so comfortable, because we arrived earler and had to wait. But OK. The guy was very nice.

Location was great. By foot to the Mercado, city center, Livrario Lello - really great location.

"Disappointing"

Extremely noisy. Did not sleep for two nights because unit above kept partying way past midnight (still loud talking with multiple people at 5am in the morning). Complained but no improvement seen Also, bathroom shower doesn’t drain.
