Que tuviera calefacción por aire acondicionado porque nos permitió secar la ropa rápidamente ya que por la lluvia exterior regresábamos de nuestros recorridos mojados al departamento

El baño: Costaba regular el agua caliente de la ducha y no se termina de secar después de usarse. Respecto a la ubicación del departamento, hay una pendiente importante para acceder a los principales recorridos caminando.
