Pinheiro Terrace Downtown Apartment by DA'HOME

Location was excellent. Quiet street and quiet inside but a couple of minutes to restaurants and bars. Air-conditioning great. Washing machine bonus. Communication was excellent. Outside space was lovely for sunbathing and table and chairs to sit and have a drink and/or meal Would highly recommend

Not a dislike but the addition of milk - long life would be fine (there was coffee but no milk). Also, little touch of oil for cooking if you wanted to and maybe a couple of bottles of water for arrival. Extras of a mini port or some fruit or something as a welcome for stays of a week or more.....

Bright light in the morning It had every amenities I needed- laundry powder, scissors, cutlery. Clean and great location

Courtyard is useful but we didn't use it because of weather. Apartment was very clean

Construction noise during some days till 6 (earplugs were supplied). Dehumidifier did a good job of drying the room. There was a hole in the pavement right outside the front door that could be a hazard, owner aware and municipality aware.
