Great apartment. Very clean and great location.

Heating needs to be looked if you are staying winter time

The fact there was mould in the living room and on the blinds and surrounding area to the balcony wasn't good. The first morning there was work being done directly above us, which wasn't at all warned about at the time of booking.

Fenster ließen sich nicht ganz schließen, es liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße und direkt am Rande des Fischerviertels, weshalb es nachts extrem laut war

This was a perfect stay in Porto. The apartment couldn’t be in a better location, it’s a few minutes away from the iconic train station and the Ribeira area. There are lots of markets and restaurants just around the corner. The managers of the property were kind enough to allow us to arrive earlier and were super quick to answer any queries. The apartment itself was impeccably clean (smelt lovely when we arrived) and had good amenities, coffee machine and iron etc. The beds were comfortable and the view from the property was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again. Hassle free entry to the property via a PIN code so no need to be constantly checking whether you lost the key!

LA UBICACION INMEJORABLE

LOS INQUILINOS DE ARRIBA ME ARRUINARON LA NOCHE. MUCHISIMO RUIDO, MUSICA, MUCHA GENTE Y MUCHO ESNCANDANDOLO. NO PUDE DESCANSR POR CULPA DE LOS DEL PISO DE ARRIBA

Dirty floors. Dirty bathroom. Bathroom basin was blocked. The place was not cleaned before we arrived. Dusty Hazardous!! Whole place fills with sewage fumes, sure it must be toxic. It really stinks. The loft is very hot and low. Stairs to the loft is at an angle of 90°, like a ladder. Really dangerous.. I asked for cleaning when we arrived, but it did not happen. I had to clean it myself. Cleaning midway through the stay is advertised. It did not happen. The balcony and view is great. The location is great. Pisos sujos. Banheiro sujo. A pia do banheiro estava entupida. O lugar não foi limpo antes de chegarmos. Empoeirado, perigoso!! O lugar inteiro está cheio de fumaça de esgoto, com certeza deve ser tóxico. Fede muito. O loft é muito quente e baixo. A escada para o loft está em um ângulo de 90°, como uma escada. Muito perigoso. Solicitei limpeza quando chegamos, mas não aconteceu. Tive que limpar eu mesmo. A limpeza no meio da estadia é anunciada. Não aconteceu. A varanda e a vista são ótimas. A localização é ótima.
