"Good!"

Host was incredible and quickly to reply. Location is residential, nice, quiet, safe. Cafes nearby. public transport available. Uber/Bolt (taxis) come quickly. Apartment is beautiful and everything works. Lift works perfectly. Lots of towels available!

Blankets, bedding, and pillows should be replaced. Rugs can use professional cleaning. Although rugs could be removed instead.

Location, very central. Access to facilities unavailable in a hotel.

Bedroom window shutter didn't close. Would have helped to have instructions for the hob and TV.

"Spacious, comfortable apartment that could be a great space with a few improvements"

Entry codes were convenient. Location was good. Apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of hot water.

Street noise was more evident than expected, also noise from other apartments, including barking dogs. Kitchen has a DeLonghi coffee machine requiring pods but no pods in sight (and no indication of what type/model could be purchased that would fit). No toaster found. Electric water kettle needs to be replaced (excessive corrosion inside). Door from kitchen to small, noisy room in which garbage can and microwave are located somehow got locked (despite the lack of a lock on that door), making the tiny trashcan in the bathroom the only one accessible.

Nice and fully equipped two bed rooms appartment which is absolute close to city centre. To metro station ca.7 min by walk. Supermarket ca. 400m. Perfect!

Great location - exactly in the center, so everything was at our fingertips, either restaurants, Eiffel's bridge, clérigos tower and metro station. Beautiful interior of the flat. and calm zone. Nice recommendations of restaurant from the owners. We also appreciate we had fresh towels.

Modern and homely apartment with everything you could need, in a convenient location. Great place to base yourself for a comfortable stay in Porto. Easy and print communication. Would definitely come back and stay here.

"Superb"

The beds were comfortable and the couch bed made it much better because I could relax and watch TV.

The blankets were not clean and the vacuum released a bad smell every time it was turned on.
