FLH Almada Cozy Apartment with View

The flat was outstanding - recently refurbished, well designed, great location, nice balcony. Nothing was missing, not even those cheap "live laugh love" stickers in every room (but you can ignore them if you can't read French). Instagram-friendly coffee place conveniently located on the ground floor for those into such things, but plenty of choice around as it's very central. Recommended.

The check-in process was unnecessarily painful. Staff were super friendly and kind, but paying hotel rates for a flat implies hotel-like service: picking up keys from a reception desk and having to pay for a few hours' luggage storage doesn't make a lot of sense, at least not for a short stay - but a 3+ nights' one would make you beg for a more comfortable mattress too!

Excellent location would book again

This apartment was clean and perfectly located in the city of Porto.

The only issue we had was that the shower seemed to leak, and we had water on the bathroom floor after a long shower.

Super lovely apartment, nice terrace, good location, friendly staff at check in, allowed early check-in (thank you!).

Only minor thing was it would have been nice to have some coffee and filters for the machine to have a drink at checking in (I left some :) )

The receptionist at the key collection site was very friendly and helpful. The flat was in a perfect location, close to bars and restaurants and also close to the city sights. The living area was more than adequate, with the great addition of a dining table and 4 chairs, although I think if there was 4 adult sharing it would be less comfortable, due to the fact that there is only 1 settee. The kitchen was well equipped, with basic cooking ingredients such as oil, salt pepper, coffee and tea available as well as cleaning materials. We really liked the little balcony and the living room was bright due to two glass patio doors allowing light through. The bedroom was compact but had plenty of storage space available, and the bed was very comfortable.. The bathroom was supplied with toiletries and the shower was very good, with plenty of hot water.

There was nothing to dislike for us
