Un apartamento ideal. Pequeño pero súper bien aprovechado. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. La cama comodísima para un descanso de 10. El propietario nos dejó un detalle de bienvenida que agradecimos muchísimo. Y nos dio muchas indicaciones. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Das Apartment ist makellos sauber, sehr gemütlich und durchdacht eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag braucht (Endlich mal eine Unterkunft mit genügend Steckdosen.), vom Wasserkocher bis zur Orangenpresse ist alles vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super und der Blick auf die hübschen Fliesenfassaden gegenüber war ein echtes Highlight. Der Fahrstuhl war sehr hilfreich bei der Ankunft mit viel Gepäck. Die Lage ist toll: ein lebendiges Viertel mit Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Alle wichtigen Orte in Porto sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Gastgeber Luís war unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und großzügig – wir wurden mit Wasser, Wein, Obst, Eiern, Süßigkeiten und vielen Tipps herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Er hat uns auch eine günstige sichere Parkmöglichkeit nur ein paar Meter entfernt vermittelt. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen gern wieder. Herzlichen Dank!

Excellent property in a quiet area. Walkable to all key spots with markets nearby.

The apartment was super clean and comfortable with a very comfy bed lovely bathroom with plenty of hot water in a powerful shower. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils required for a self catering holiday. The host, Luis, was very friendly and welcoming, he left us a nice bottle of wine and some basic provisions. The apartment is well situated to access all the major attractions of Porto within a short walk.

The downside for us, and something out of the owners control, is the apartment is opposite a Government Immigration Office. This attracted large numbers of people, well in excess of 100 at a time queuing throughout the day and all through the night which impacted on the street noise making it difficult to sleep and being awoken very early each morning. On a number of occasions the police were called to restore order, making my wife feel uncomfortable. I feel sorry for the owner as the apartment is a wonderful place to stay and if this issue could be resolved I would be more than happy to stay there once again and the location score would be excellent.
