"Исправить душевую, избавиться от сырости. Следить за чистотой посуды."

Расположение дома хорошее. Близко к историческому центру. В любое место можно дойти за 15 минут.

В квартире очень сыро, душевая протекает, чашки были грязные, сложно открыть окна для проветривания.

Lage, Preis, Ausstattung

Bei der Ankunft, war es stockdunkel, Fensterläden waren zu und Strommasten aus. Ich habe ewig gebraucht um im dunklem Strommasten zu finden und die schweren Fensterläden aufzukriegen die leider klemmten. Wohnung ist im EG und schlafen mit offenem Fenster ist unmöglich

La cocina esta muy equipada, la cama es muy cómoda y la estancia ha sido muy agradable. Los dueños estuvieron muy atentos de que todo fuese bien. Además, está muy bien situado y eso nos permitió incluso pasarnos por casa a mitad de día para cambiarnos/coger cosas/ descansar…

Por ponerle alguna cosa negativa, no hay armario para colgar la ropa y hay humedad cuando llueve pero si ventilas, se va el olor en 2 minutos. No son inconvenientes reales.

Uma localização espectacular , para ir a pé para tudo o que e importante no Porto facilidade de acesso ao metro. Um espaço muito agradável com tudo I que e necessário. Mesmo sendo r/C não se nota ruído da rua. Funcionários muito simpáticos e sempre preocupados com o nosso bem estar.

La ubicación y las facilidades para la entrada y salida

No estaba demasido limpio. No había escoba, fregona, trapo y bayetas. Si te alojas una semana resulta interesante… faltaban muchos detalles como algo para colgar las toallas de la ducha y algún utensilio de cocina. Al ser im bajo eche de menos unas rejas en las ventanas, ya que si no puedes dejarlo abierto un rato largo, se concentra ahí mucha humedad.

Very comfortable bed in a pleasant, well-equipped, modern apartment in a fairly central location. Ideal for a few nights in Porto :)

The walls and ceiling must be paper-thin since you can hear every step and word from above. Not suited to light sleepers. Soundproofing required.
