The location is great. It’s opposite the tube station. So has easy access to everywhere. Plus there are restaurants and shops close by

The key box outside sits on the floor. So when it rains the key is soaked. Opening the front door is near to impossible. Every time it took us over 10 minutes. The neighbour isn’t friendly and keeps knocking on the door for whatever excuse she could make up. They could spend a lot more time on cleaning. It’s dusty, bathrooms dirty, bedding stained, not to mention the state of some of the blankets… While it’s relatively well equipped they fail to provide basics, such as coffee capsules, salt, pepper, etc… so you end up not being able to use the facilities, unless doing a ‘full shop’. Especially the lack of coffee is annoying, as the cafe opposite doesn’t open until 10/11am… They advertise to be able to accommodate four guests. But in reality the pull out bed is extremely uncomfortable and once it’s out there is no space in the room at all. Our youngest ended up having to sleep on the sofa. As at least those cushions were comfortable enough.
